Virgen Delas Flores is the Patron of the Community Under Virgen Delas Flores Quasi Parish. The church was seated at Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan, Philippines. Virgen Delas Flores Quasi Parish was under the Vicariate of Saint Joseph,San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan.VDFQP sub-parish are the following:  Bigte, Minuyan, San Mateo, RCC-Lafarge, Hilltop, Tigbe Proper and Tigbe Gulod.  This is not possible without the help of these community people, individuals or groups outside the area and to Our Priest.

   fxn: * Responsible to Take Note of Important Information such as Choir 
            Future Activities, Activity Details ( Use the 5Ws and 1H - What, Where, When, Who, Why and How )
         * Responsible to Make an After Internal Meeting Report
         * Responsible to Make a Monthly Activity Report and Weekly Activity Report
         * Responsible to Attend Meeting if Chairman and Vice Chairman is not available
         * Checking Choir Attendance

         * Responsible to Make a Monthly Financial Report and Weekly Financial Report
         * Responsible to File All Receipts as Part of the Choir Financial Reports
         * Responsible to Coordinate All Transactions to Choir Advisers and Heads, ask permission to all of them.

         * Responsible to Audit All Incoming and Outgoing Choir Funds(Count and  Recount)
         * Work with Choir Treasurer
         * Responsible for Compilation of Mass Song Lyrics and Filing of Copy

         * Responsible to Work on Paper Works such as Choir Business Letters, Announcements, Bulletin Board Choir's Corner, Compilation of Mass Song Lyrics etc.

*   Put Yourselves To The Reason Why You Are There - To Serve and Sing for HIM

*   Must Wear Proper Suit Inside The Church All The Time as Sign of Our Respect to the Holy Church

     - Top with Sleeves

     - Pants / Skirt Below the Knees / Short Below the Knees / Slacks

     - Close Shoes / Formal Sandals ( Slippers is a no no! )

*   Must Not Use Mobile Phone Inside The Church / Must Turn Off the Mobile Phone Inside the Church to Avoid Unnecessary Noise and as Sign of Our Respect to the Holy Church

*   Must Be Quiet While Inside The Church

          ( minor - Letter of Consent from Guardian is required 

           for members age from 8 yrs. - 17 yrs. old)
